We are partnering with a highly respectedorganization to find an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer.This role offers a chance to contribute to impactful projects,working on extending the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform tomeet complex business requirements. You will play a pivotal role indesigning, developing, and implementing solutions while ensuringadherence to best practices and industrystandards.
KeyResponsibilities
* Design andImplementation: Configure and develop custom ServiceNowapplications and workflows to align with clientgoals.
* Integration Expertise: Seamlesslyintegrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs,and other protocols.
* Performance Optimization:Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance platform performance, ensuringrobust and scalable solutions.
* Leadership andMentoring: Provide technical guidance to the team and mentor juniordevelopers.
* Documentation: Maintaincomprehensive technical documentation and ensure solutions adhereto development standards.
What We’reLookingFor
* Experience:
o 5+years of ServiceNow development, focusing on ITSM and CSMmodules.
o Experience with additional moduleslike GRC, HRSD, or AP is aplus.
* TechnicalSkills:
o Strong scripting knowledge andproficiency with tools like Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
o Deep understanding of ServiceNowarchitecture and ITIL/ITSMprinciples.
o Expertise in integrating ServiceNowwith third-partysystems.
* Certifications(Preferred):
o ServiceNow CertifiedApplication Developer (CAD).
o ServiceNowCertified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
o ITILFoundationCertification.
* SoftSkills:
o Ability to excel in a dynamicenvironment with competing priorities.
o Strongproblem-solving abilities and innovativethinking.
o Excellent interpersonal andcommunicationskills.
