Research Associate: IT & Transformation DACH

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
What You'll Do:
* Support and develop IT environments for a diverse customer base
* Install and maintain solutions using Microsoft Windows (Server/Client), Microsoft 365, VDI (Citrix/Horizon/RDS), and Sophos Firewall
* Perform regular maintenance and 3rd-level support
What You Bring:
* Solid experience in system engineering
* Strong analytical thinking and a proactive mindset
* Expertise in Microsoft and virtualization technologies
* A self-driven, organized approach to work
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
* A collaborative and empathetic attitude
