Children's Home La Bérallaz is looking for a Cook and Housekeeper at 100%. The position is divided as follows: 80% in the kitchen and 20% in housekeeping. Your responsibilities include preparing lunch (~25 people) and dinner (~20) for the institution, which is open all year round. Housekeeping tasks (garden, pool, various maintenance and repair work, interior and exterior upkeep). Profile: CFC (Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence) in cooking, able to manage priorities and distribute kitchen and housekeeping tasks independently. Minimum of 5 years of experience. Respect for HACCP standards. Complete autonomy in managing budgets, orders, and meals. Good qualities with both young residents and supervisory staff. Ability to engage and supervise children.
