MARKETING MANAGER / INTERNATIONAL BODY CARE BRAND / ZURICH (EUROPEAN SCOPE)
We are currently recruiting for an established lifestyle and personal care brand, looking for a
MARKETING MANAGER
to lead brand and campaign activity across key European markets. Based in
ZURICH
, this is a strategic, multi-country role ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for consumer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Define and implement the European marketing strategy, aligning global brand direction with local market needs.
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, retail, and offline channels.
Manage and localize global marketing assets to ensure cultural relevance in each country.
Develop and oversee paid media strategies (search, social, programmatic, print, OOH) and work closely with external agencies.
Build and manage influencer and PR programs tailored to each market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including eCommerce, retail operations, and global brand teams to ensure alignment.
Monitor campaign effectiveness, manage marketing budgets, and prepare regular performance reports.
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4-5 years' experience in brand marketing, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors.
Previous experience managing regional or multi-country campaigns within Europe is highly preferred.
Strong project management skills and ability to work across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in
English and German
; additional European languages are a strong plus.
Creative, culturally aware, and highly organized with a hands-on approach.
