The Partner Services team focuses on structuring and delivering tailored engagement for Forum Partners across Europe and North America. The team works across all industries and geographies and in close collaboration with the, and .


We are currently searching for a Partner Services Lead (Account Manager), who will focus on building and reinforcing interactions with Partner Representatives (Operational Contacts) at Forum Partner companies, specifically within the. Responsibilities include:

1. Responsible for maintaining ongoing Partner engagement with the Forum, through building and maintaining relationships with partner Representatives
2. Ensure retention by delivering on tailored engagement plans for Partners to address their priorities and deepen their engagement in relevant Forum activities, in collaboration with either the Global Industries or Regional Business teams
3. Onboard Partner Representatives into the Forum ecosystem and relevant engagements, in collaboration with either the Global Industries team or Regional Business teams
4. Structure and deliver Partners’ events engagement, ranging from registrations, agendas, speaking roles and logistics
5. Responsible for Partner integration and experiences across the Forum’s digital ecosystem
6. Monitor and generate intelligence on Partner companies to flag potential risks and opportunities for Forum engagement, ranging from recent announcements and partnership, annual and sustainability reports, and senior executive changes
7. Contribute to opportunities to grow and upgrade Partners, in close collaboration with the Global Industries and Regional Business teams.

To be successful, a Partner Services Lead (Account Manager) should:

8. Build relationships with Partner Representatives to develop and execute on engagement plans based on their business priorities and relevant trends for their industry sectors
9. Monitor and proactively manage partner retention and engagement metrics and resulting actions
10. Ensure a ‘One-Forum’ approach, with internal product teams, Centres and Global Industries teams to Partners to guarantee optimal Partner engagement experience.

Preferred Requirements and Experience:

11. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
12. 7+ years of professional work experience in a relevant industry
13. Successful track record in key account management and business relationship development, including proven ability to engage with multiple functions and business lines in an organization
14. Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills and command of English; fluency in another language is a plus
15. Ability to connect the dots in a complex matrix environment, strong collaboration skills, with disciplined and consistent follow-through for internal and external parties.
16. Digital mindset and capabilities, salesforce experience preferred
17. Strong research and analytical skills
18. Occasional travel up to 15%
