How will you make an impact?
Reporting to the Content and Image Manager, this role will be responsible for:
* Maintaining the Visual assets database:
* Ensure that the collected content (photos and videos) is cleared in terms of IP rights.
* Register all the photo and video assets on the image library with the appropriate copyrights and legends according to the defined classification.
* Prioritize assets related to the Homo Faber Event, while supporting overall visuals of the Michelangelo Foundation.
Content collection for Homo Faber Event:
* Assist the Visual Coordinator in collecting photos and videos needed for communication prior to the event.
Provide visual assets to relevant stakeholders:
* Prepare and share visual assets with the Foundation's internal teams and external partners.
Onsite Homo Faber event:
* Assist in collecting assets during onsite photo and video shoots.
* Upload all assets daily according to priorities.
* Distribute assets promptly to external parties as needed.
How will you experience success with us?
The successful candidate will demonstrate alignment with the Foundation's values and goals.
Knowledge
* Knowledge of visual communication and interest in métiers d’art.
* Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
Experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience in digital visual asset classification.
* Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
* Understanding of IP rights.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop.
Skills
* Rigorous, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Team player.
