Customer Audit Manager role – contract till end February 2026 (with possibility for extension) based in the Valais area, Switzerland. Our client is a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients in the chemical and biotechnology sectors.
Responsibilities Planning, managing and documenting customer audits
Answering customer requests for audit dates
Planning audits together with project teams, based on the customers’ agendas
Organising the required infrastructure (meeting rooms etc.)
Accompanying the customer throughout the audit (plant tours, documentation review, etc.)
Presenting Quality systems to the customer
Coordinating with project teams to ensure that all SMEs and documents requested by the customer are available in a timely manner
Documenting the audits in TrackWise
Coordinating responses to audit observations with the project team and ensuring that the customer receives responses within the given timelines
Qualifications and Experience Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU citizenship required
English required; German would help to interact with people on site
Quality background preferred
Understanding of the applicable cGMP regulations
General knowledge of manufacturing processes and analytical methods
Competent level of general IT skills
Auditing experience
Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders
Understanding of customers\' needs and requirements
Considering time sensitivity of requests to ensure customer satisfaction
Providing exceptional customer service by developing excellent working relationships with both external and internal customers
Must interpret and maintain proficiency in regulations, standards, guidelines and trends in cGMP
