Our ROCKEN partner is part of a family-owned company with over 100 years of history. They distribute construction vehicles nationwide in Switzerland in partnership with a global industry leader, while continuously developing their own products internationally.
Responsibilities
 * Timely disposition and ordering of materials, spare parts, and trading goods
 * Monitoring delivery deadlines and coordinating with suppliers in case of deviations
 * Close collaboration with warehouse, production planning, and manufacturing to ensure material flow
 * Creating and maintaining item and supplier master data in the ERP system
 * Reviewing and clarifying order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices
 * Supporting inventories and process improvements in operational purchasing
Qualifications
 * Completed commercial or technical basic training (e.g., logistics, plant/mechanical engineer, or KV EFZ)
 * Additional training in purchasing (e.g., purchasing clerk or federal diploma) is advantageous
 * Professional experience in operational purchasing within an industrial environment is mandatory
 * Proficient with a common ERP system and MS Office
 * Precise, structured, and solution-oriented working style
 * Excellent German skills, good English skills required
