Job Description
To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team,we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals to join our team. You will be an integral part of the Cloud Services Team in the Customer Success department, and a customer-facing representative of the company.
* Deploy, manage, and operate NetGuardians solutions.
* Provide operational support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth and effective solution performance.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners across multicultural environments.
* Manage system configurations and integrations involving Linux systems (Red Hat), Big data technologies (Elastic Search), and SQL databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MariaDB).
* Develop and maintain scripts (Bash, Python) to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
* Work with virtualization technologies such as VMWare and manage their integration within network environments.
* Support infrastructure as code and automation tools like Terraform or Ansible to maintain and scale environments (if applicable).
* Stay updated on cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS) and contribute to cloud-related initiatives.
Qualifications
* You possess a degree in Computer science or related degree.
* You have a decent level of experience in customer facing or consulting role in IT – Banking industry.
* You possess a high level of knowledge of Linux systems (Red Hat), big data (Elastic Search) and SQL database environments (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MariaDB).
* You are proficient in scripting skills and tools such as Bash and Python.
* You are comfortable with vi rtualization environments (VMWare) and its integration in network environments.
* You possess working experience with Terraform or Ansible.
* You have knowledge of cloud environments and technologies (Google, Azure, AWS).
* You are fluent in English (French and German are an asset).
* You are a Swiss resident.
