Internship Sales Effectiveness (m/f/d) - 6–12 months
You will support the rollout of CRM solutions, contribute to sales process optimization, and help create a seamless customer experience across our global organization.
Responsibilities
* Support the rollout of CRM processes and tools within Customer Service and Sales.
* Assist in documenting Lead-to-Cash processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity handling, order processing).
* Create and maintain process maps, guidelines, and documentation.
* Help coordinate rollout activities and collect stakeholder feedback.
* Support project tracking, reporting, and KPI analysis.
* Document workshop outcomes, decisions and action items.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure data quality.
Qualifications
* Currently studying Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
* Structured and detail‑oriented thinking.
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Analytical mindset and affinity for process optimization and data.
* Hands‑on, proactive, reliable, and able to work autonomously.
* Fluent in English (German is a plus).
