ResponsibilitiesThis role is key to driving growth in the Swiss market while maintaining the premium image of our brand. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter, passionate about cycling and sports, with strong sales skills and the ability to build lasting dealer relationshipsAchieve Sales Targets:Deliver on quantitative objectives Monitor and optimize inventoryDealer Network Development:Identify and acquire new dealers in line with BMC’s brand strategyManage existing dealer accountsBrand Representation & Training:Provide product training and education to dealers and staffEnsure all activities reflect BMC’s premium brand imageCustomer Engagement:Represent BMC at local events, national shows, and international brand activationsEngage with end consumers during special events to strengthen brand loyaltyInternal Collaboration:Work closely with other regional sales managers, internal sales support, finance, and warranty teamsQualificationsProfessional Qualifications:Completed commercial education or equivalentSeveral years of experience in the bicycle or sports industry (preferred).Languages: Native French, fluent in German and English.Strong IT skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).Personal Attributes:Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter profileFlexible, efficient with growth mindsetTeam player with strong communication skillsPassionate cyclist and willing to travel extensivelyIdeal location: Western Switzerland We offerA passionate and supportive team of cycling enthusiasts.
