We offer an innovative, collaborative and thriving environment.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for all event requests related to Glion & Bulle campuses and F&B OperationsPlan and manage full event logistics: venue setup, audiovisual needs, catering, guest accommodation, transportation, workshops, conferences, and operational requirementsManage event expenses, and ensure cost?effective solutions while maintaining qualityCommunicate upcoming events to all relevant departments and facultyCollaborate with Heads of Departments, faculty, and academic administration to ensure seamless integration of events within the academic contextBuild and maintain relationships with external partners and clientsBe present on?site during events to oversee operations, manage unexpected situations, and ensure smooth executionCoordinate volunteers, including student participationAct as the communication point for Visit Campus activities with the Enrolments departmentProvide floor support to daily operations across all F&B outlets when neededLead the Polyright POS system: creation, update, and monitoring of pricingOversee and coordinate the student and guest feedback process for Food & BeverageControl and monitor invoices and expensesDepending on operational needs, the role may also support the following activities: meal plan and company card management (monitoring, upload, unloading, reconciliation)Profile and experiences:Bachelor's or Master's degree, depending on experience and credentialsHospitality background preferredDemonstrated interest or experience in delivering EventsDemonstrated project management and organizational skills and ability to operate autonomouslySeveral years of work experience preferably in the hospitality or event industryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFluency in spoken and written English & FrenchAbility to work effectively in multicultural and international environmentsStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work under pressureAnalytical mindset and attention to detailOther information:Type of contract: undefined period of time contractActivity rate: 100%Location: Bulle & Glion (presence needed in both campuses)Start date: July 1st, 2026 jid5bc3a88a jit0521a jiy26a
