You will benefit by working with a variety of experienced teams across multiple geographies, in a fast-paced environment that can help you accelerate your career path, wherever that may take you.Your key responsibilitiesSupport in the planning and implementation of consulting projects in the area of remuneration for companies from various industries under the guidance and support of the project managers in our teamSupport in all tasks within the scope of individual customer projects: Project management, conducting analyses, developing recommendations for action, preparing client presentations, creating conceptsSupport in the design and development of remuneration systems including function evaluations, function profiles, benchmarking, salary bands and salary regulationsSupport in preparing offers for new customers or existing customers in several market segmentsAssisting with the maintenance and updating of the EY salary databaseCollaboration in the implementation of equal pay analysesReviewing documents and reportsWork with key project leaders to manage and maintain client relationshipsWorking collaboratively with other workforce advisory colleagues as well as service lines and colleagues across EY globallyWhat we look for To qualify for the role, you must haveUniversity degree in Economics / Finance combined with a good understanding of Reward topicsFirst experiences in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits and/or ConsultingQualitative and quantitative data analysis skills as well as ability to create appropriate presentations for various stakeholdersStrong written and verbal German and English communication skills and experience of producing high caliber reports, papers, presentationsIdeally, you'll also haveExperience in working on people matters such as key employee retention, compensation, and benefits programsFirst experience in people consulting and topics such as conducting remuneration surveys, supporting in day-to-day management of a company's remuneration offering, knowledge about market trends in the field of rewards and key driversExperience of supporting projects/workstreamsTeam player mentality with the ability to integrate with new teams quicklyAbility to analyze complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutionsPragmatic and adaptable with the ability to deal with ambiguity and effectively manage conflictWhat's in it for youHere at EY, you'll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience.
