PRODUCTION MANAGER
JOB PROFILE
– Advancing of logistics, technical requirements, staffing, security and catering in English and German with artist production managers, as well as overall coordination on the showday
– Planning and visualization in Vectorworks/CAD
– Coordination and negotiation with suppliers, venues, authorities and crew providers in connection with events
– Processing of technical riders in English and German
– Production management, crew management and project coordination as the promoter representative on showday
– Responsibility for the safe and smooth running of the event
– Negotiation with suppliers regarding prices, implementation/processes and logistics
– Preparation of accurate production budgets and accounts, including controlling
– Preparation of feasibility studies and concepts
REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience in the above areas
– Fluency in Business English, intermediate German skills
– Very good skills in CAD/Vectorworks
– Very good MS Office and administration skills
– Budget accuracy
– Technical knowledge in audio, light and video.
– Very high resilience and ability to keep a cool head at all times
