Main responsibilities: Prepare and distribute research samples (chemical and biological) for testing on the company’s platforms. Communicate with internal scientists to coordinate planning and meet technical specifications. Track requests using internal databases and make efficient use of IT tools provided. Act as a trusted point of contact for internal scientists (follow-up, answering questions, resolving issues). Ensure compliance with the company’s HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and actively contribute to reporting incidents or observations. Profile required: Languages: Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is essential. French is an advantage. Degree or relevant experience in science (biology, chemistry, or a research support role). Experience of sample logistic, ideally within the chemical, agrochemical or pharmaceutical industry. Proficient with IT systems (MS Office, web applications, databases, LIMS). Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities.
