We are a young and innovative Swiss company transforming the way fleets manage vehicle maintenance and repairs. We are seeking a passionate Sales Manager to acquire new customers and manage the sales pipeline.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a targeted new business strategy focused on fleet owner clients and key market segments.
2. Take full ownership of the sales pipeline — from lead generation to closing deals.
3. Drive outbound and inbound sales efforts, including warm and cold outreach.
4. Define and refine sales KPIs, and improve sales approaches to meet and exceed targets.
5. Build and lead the first sales team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
6. Represent Guido at industry events to foster relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Your Profile:
1. Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
2. 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, fleet, tech, or SaaS sectors; fleet management experience is a plus.
3. Fluency in German and English; French and/or Italian are advantageous.
4. A hunter mindset: motivated by winning new customers and expanding market presence.
5. Strong ownership and drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
