The Bains de Saillon are looking for their future candidate to strengthen the Marketing department & mission. As part of the team, you will play a central role in content creation, digital presence, and the deployment of marketing actions for a unique site that unites thermal baths, a hotel, and a spa. You will work closely with the marketing manager, focusing on digital responsibilities & content:- Create visual and written content (photos, videos, stories, posters, posts).- Engage and grow our communities on social media.- Update the website, dynamic screens, and contribute to newsletters.- Design materials to promote the baths, spa, hotel, restaurants, and graphics & multimedia.- Produce photos/videos and manage editing.- Layout brochures, flyers, commercial supports, and signage.- Ensure brand visual consistency: graphic charter, optimize content for each channel (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, website).Support for marketing projects:- Participate in the planning and deployment of campaigns (summer, winter, Christmas...).- Create materials for acquisition and retention campaigns.- Conduct monitoring and propose innovative ideas.- Collaborate with external partners (agencies, printers, videographers).- Participate in events and actions.Profile:- Vocational diploma or equivalent.- Proficiency in content creation (photo/video) and social media.- Mastery of multimedia tools: Adobe Suite, editing tools, CMS (ideally Typo3), Mailchimp.- Attention to detail, autonomy, and rigor.- Very good writing skills, impeccable French, and ideally very good knowledge of German.- Strong interest in wellness, tourism, hospitality, and leisure sectors.- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and manage various priorities.We offer:- A stimulating working environment at the heart of a recognized thermal resort.- A wide variety of projects and digital tasks.- A dynamic and passionate team.- Real opportunities for internal advancement.- A wellness environment (baths, spa), conducive to well-being.Starting immediately or to be agreed upon.Are you interested?
