Tasks * Develop and implement CRM strategies for optimizing the customer journey. * Manage and enhance the loyalty program to boost customer retention. * Lead multi-channel campaigns with performance monitoring and coordination. Skills * Completed education or training in a relevant field is preferred. * Strong understanding of CRM strategies, personalization, and customer journeys. * Analytical skills with experience in reporting and campaign optimization.
