Property Management Associate (M/F/X) Geneva, 40%-50%
What you contribute:
You are responsible for the administrative support of the residential management team to ensure smooth operations
As the first point of contact on site, you welcome clients and manage the initial contact with tenants
You handle communication with tenants, concierges, craftsmen and authorities to ensure effective information exchange
You are responsible for preparing exit statements and releasing deposits, as well as requesting and evaluating offers, awarding contracts to craftsmen and monitoring work progress
Processing and recharging orders and supplier invoices as well as debtor control are also part of your responsibilities
What you bring:
You hold a basic commercial CFC and ideally have already completed training as a real estate manager — or you are ready to commit to this soon
Initial experience in real estate management is an asset you possess
Working in a team motivates you, you demonstrate resilience to stress and your service orientation and customer focus distinguish you
You know how to organise your work independently and goal-oriented. Thanks to your communication skills, you interact easily with different interlocutors
You express yourself fluently in French, both orally and in writing.
