Introduction
* Preparing and presenting a high-quality breakfast service according to our culinary standards
* Ensuring a smooth and efficient breakfast operation from preparation to service
* Preparing egg dishes, hot breakfast items, and à la carte breakfast orders
* Setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet and ensuring an attractive presentation throughout service
* Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP) in the kitchen
* Managing the mise en place for breakfast and preparing ingredients for the following day
* Working closely with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience
* Supporting the kitchen team with additional preparation when required

What to expect:
* Previous experience in a kitchen, ideally in a hotel or restaurant environment
* Culinary training or professional kitchen experience is an advantage
* Passion for cooking and high-quality food preparation
* A structured, reliable, and proactive working attitude
* Ability to work independently in the early morning and organise the breakfast service efficiently
* Strong attention to detail and presentation
* Good knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP)
