Your Mission
Team Management: Supervising and coordinating a workforce of up to 20 employees (internal and external). You will be responsible for day-to-day HR management (schedules, absences).
360° Project Management: Administrative, financial (additional offers, invoicing) and technical management of each project.
Studies & Design: Taking measurements on site, developing execution plans and researching technical optimizations to simplify implementation.
QHSE & Standards: Drafting of operating procedures and safety plans (PHS). You are responsible for ensuring compliance with welding standards (ISO, EN 1090) and factory production control (CPU).
Logistics & Purchasing: Negotiation and procurement of materials, components and surface treatments. Organization of lifting and transport resources.
Your Profile:
Background: You have a proven track record of at least 3 years in project management within a metal construction company.
Education: A CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) as a metal draftsman or an equivalent qualification is a decisive advantage.
Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of CAD/CAM tools (2D and 3D) as well as the classic office suite.
Soft Skills: Known for your rigor and organizational skills, you can work independently in a dynamic environment requiring great flexibility.
Mobility: A driver's license is essential for frequent travel to sites.
