Pricing Manager (m/f) 80-100%
MAIN TASKS
As Pricing Manager you execute our central price management on a tactical and operational level. You build pricing awareness in Product Management, Marketing and most importantly in our sales organizations. By doing this you contribute to the profitability of the Geberit Group. In particular, this includes the following activities:
* Consistent new product pricing based on internal judgement and external surveys
* Review price positioning of new and existing products by assessing price-profit-functions (value based pricing)
* Competitor/market analysis and market research to support our price positioning
* Manage global pricing by defining minimum net selling prices
* Support market organizations to establish consistent local gross price and conditions systems based on Group guidelines
* Support Head of Pricing & Analytics in all pricing matters
* Compose internal training material
* Inform market organizations about latest pricing issues
* Contact person for daily requests from markets and Product Managers
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
To take on this challenging and varied role, you bring with you a degree at higher education level (marketing or controlling/accounting) or a university degree in marketing, business administration or finance. We also expect:
* Ideally several years of professional experience, preferably in areas such as marketing, controlling or a similar activity in the industrial sector
* Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point
* Basic knowledge of SAP (SD and Business Warehouse applications)
* Business fluent German and fluent written and spoken English
