To support our growing team in Kastanienbaum (Lucerne, Switzerland), we are looking for a passionate and driven Project Manager to lead our airborne electronics projects.
Your role:
As the key driver for our avionics projects, you will be responsible for steering complex developments from conception to successful delivery. Your core responsibilities include:
* Acting as the primary focal point for customer communication, building strong relationships and ensuring clear alignment.
* Ensuring projects are properly set up with clear scope, timelines, and resources.
* Guaranteeing the timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery of all project deliverables.
* Coordinating all internal departments and staff (engineering, supply chain, production, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
Your Profile: What you bring
* A genuine passion for aviation and innovative technology.
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
* A proven track record in project management, demonstrating successful end-to-end project delivery.
* Fluent English communication skills.
Your ideal background
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management.
* Hands‑on experience in electronic hardware, software or systems development within the aviation industry.
* Solid understanding of aircraft system architectures and certification.
