STORE CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE MANAGER m/f (100%)

Your Responsibilities:
Store Construction
1. Coordination, communication, supervision of store fitting projects from feasibility and cost assessment to completion and store opening.
2. Participation in the development of store layouts with specified store concepts together with internal and external service providers.
3. Procurement management for defined sub-units of projects.
4. Responsibility for project budgeting, its control and compliance.
5. Client representative vis-à-vis general contractors, architects, and property owners.
6. Co-operation with the parent company, specialist departments and their subsidiaries as well as participation in new tenders and negotiation of projects.
Maintenance
7. Interface to the day-to-day business of internal and external participants for maintenance and facility management stakeholders.
8. Specialist for claims/damages.
9. Ensuring compliance with legal safety regulations and rules of conduct.
10. Coordination, communication and monitoring of cleaning and pest control protocols.
11. Review, retendering and negotiation of conditions with maintenance service providers.
12. Representation vis-à-vis property owners and shopping center operators to ensure the proper maintenance of the shopping center.
13. Rental property.
14. Planning and adjustment of the annual maintenance budget.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
15. Completed basic technical training (with an advantage in the field of construction) with appropriate further training in project management.
16. Several years of professional experience in project management and supervision of interior/shop conversions
17. High cost and quality awareness.
18. Willingness and ability to communicate with different stakeholders in different languages.
19. Independent, goal- and solution-orientated, efficient working methods.
20. Healthy assertiveness and conflict management.
21. Mother tongue German/French (or at least level C2), Business fluent in English (at least level B2), knowledge of Italian an advantage.
22. Confident handling of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS-Outlook is required. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
