To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for Packaging Engineer.
In this function, you will be responsible to support the development and maintenance of drug delivery devices (Auto-injectors, Pre-filled Syringes, etc.) and drug packaging.
Your Duties
* Development of primary and secondary packaging for the pharmaceutical industry
* Preparation of reports on primary packaging materials / processes
* Ensuring regulatory compliance in accordance with external and internal regulatory requirements and quality standards
* Support and coordinate the production and delivery of packaging materials
* Support of packaging tests
* Participation in the packaging lines qualification (e.g. blister production, filling, bag, stick pack filling systems)
* Support of risk management
Our Requirements
* Master or phD degree in packaging technology or packaging engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, chemistry or equivalent
* Good knowledge of pharmaceutical development
* First experience in the development and documentation of primary packaging, including GMP, QA and design control aspects.
* First experience in packaging process validation and packaging testing
* Fluent English and German
