As a Program Manager, you play a pivotal role in spearheading strategic activities and fostering collaborative projects with industrial, academic, government, and institutional partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Management: Oversee the execution of complex projects, ensuring timely completion, and successful delivery of outcomes.
* Fundraising: Identify and secure funding opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
* End-Use Interaction: Facilitate dialogue between end-users, scientists, and industrial partners to drive innovation and adoption.
* Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular progress updates to funders and partners, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Communication and Social Media
* Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our research, events, and projects.
* Community Creation: Build and nurture networks of stakeholders and collaborators around our research topics.
* Impact Assessment: Implement tools to measure the social and scientific impact of our projects, informing future initiatives.
* Communication and Outreach: Craft compelling content about our research, events, and projects for diverse audiences.
* Events: Organize and participate in events showcasing robotics and its applications.
Your Profile
* A university degree (Master's, PhD's or equivalent) in a field related to communication, science, engineering, or management is required.
* You must have proven experience in project management, fundraising, or partnership development.
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools is essential.
* You should possess excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is crucial.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.
* Knowledge of Swiss-German and French is a plus.
* A strong interest in technology and environment is desired.
