About Our Client For our client, a globally renowned pharmaceutical company in the Basel area, we are seeking a Clinical Operations Manager (a) to strengthen the team in 2026 in support of Phase 3 development activities (cardiovascular combination product). The contract duration is 12-24 months with a strong take-over possibility.
Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite, 2 days HO.
Job Description The Clinical Operations Manager (a) is responsible for the successful operational delivery of Phase II and III clinical trials, managing trial activities and External Service Providers, and ensuring high-quality execution from start-up through close-out in compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
Leading and managing operational clinical trial activities in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
Overseeing site-related activities, including site initiations, site closures, and investigator meetings
Managing operational documentation and ensuring inspection readiness
Selecting and managing ESPs and CROs
Approving invoices and ensuring timely payments
The Successful Applicant To be considered for this role you bring:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare
4+ years of clinical trial operations experience
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP
Experience with EDC, CTMS, and eTMF
Strong communication skills in English
