To support this growth, we are recruiting for a position essential to the smooth operation of the business. Mission: You will join a small, motivated team where seriousness and discretion are valued. You will hold a stable position that requires experience and rigor, with a 50% workload (all the time). Key Responsibilities: - Manage the back-office follow-up with rigor and great attention to detail. - Draft letters and documents in French with impeccable spelling and excellent writing quality. - Ensure telephone communications (outgoing and incoming) with ease and very good elocution. - Classify and archive documents. - Respond proactively to requests from advisors and associates, in collaboration with other managers. Profile: Experience: You possess confirmed experience, ideally in the insurance field (a FINMA certification is a plus). - Discretion, loyalty, and a strong sense of listening. - Autonomy, resourcefulness, and a measured mindset. - Excellent stress resistance, you know how to remain calm in any circumstance. - Punctuality and a good sense of organization. Working conditions: Location: Geneva (Tram X, paid parking available on request). Note: the position does not allow for remote work. Hours: 50% (20 hours/week). Presence required from Monday to Friday. Vacations: 5 weeks per year (based on full-time work).
