To further strengthen our Private Assets department, we are looking for a Geneva based Private Assets Investment Controller (80-100%).YOUR ROLEEnsure the administrative follow‑up of Private Assets investment funds and mandatesCollect, verify, and process subscription forms for new investmentsPrepare and release capital call and distribution noticesSupport the preparation of AUM and NNM reportingParticipate in the production of track records and performance analyticsPrepare the quarterly valuations of Private Assets investment fundsSupport product launches from an operational perspectiveParticipate in the preparation and issuance of client invoicesContribute to IT system enhancements through user acceptance testing and validationCoordinate with Fund Accountants to ensure accurate bookkeeping and data integrityPrepare regular reports and dashboards for Private Assets Investment ManagersSupport the preparation of updates for Senior Management and BoardsPerform accounting and controlling activities for Private Assets products and mandatesSupport internal and external audit requests and provide active assistance to the teamLiaise with departments across the Group, LOIM, and the Private Bank (e.g., Finance, Operations)YOUR PROFILEMaster’s degree, ideally in economics, finance, or a related discipline3–5 years of experience in controlling within Private AssetsStrong command of English (spoken and written) and good knowledge of FrenchExcellent Excel skills; solid knowledge of eFront; exposure to Alteryx or Tableau is a plusRigorous, detail‑oriented, and able to manage priorities and meet deadlinesStrong team player with a collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
