Responsibilities
* You provide holistic care and support to guests in accordance with the care model and process.
* Regular rounds and vigilant observation for changes are part of your routine.
* You perform treatment-related tasks and support guests empathetically with personal care and daily activities.
* You handle documentation electronically with CareCoach.
* You have completed training as a Fachfrau*mann Gesundheit EFZ.
* Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation is advantageous.
* Knowledge of RAI is welcome or willingness to attend relevant courses.
* You possess humor, patience, and a good sense for the needs of older people.
* You have good German language skills in speaking and writing.
