Job Description
* Provide 1st and 2nd level support to end-users (Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, video-conferencing) across the Group's offices, both on-site and remotely.
* Handle incident and service request tickets through their full lifecycle (logging, troubleshooting, resolution, documentation) in line with ITIL good practices.
* Install, configure and deploy workstations, laptops, monitors, peripherals and telephony equipment.
* Manage user lifecycle in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (on-boarding, off-boarding, permissions, mailboxes, MFA, group memberships).
* Support broking desks on financial tools and market data applications (e.g. Bloomberg, LSEG/Refinitiv, IPC) in coordination with vendors and the Head of IT.
* Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of hardware, software licenses and IT assets.
* Assist with patching, antivirus, backup checks and basic monitoring of servers and network equipment under the supervision of the Head of IT.
* Escalate complex incidents to the Head of IT or external vendors and follow through to resolution.
* Participate in IT projects (telephony rollout, infrastructure refresh, security initiatives) and contribute to continuous improvement of IT services.
* Carry out scheduled maintenance windows on weekday evenings (typically from 6:00 PM) and on weekends to minimise impact on broking activities.
* Travel occasionally to our other offices (Zurich, Stockholm, Oslo, London) to support local users, deploy equipment or assist with on-site projects.
* Ensure that all support activities comply with internal security policies and regulatory requirements (FINMA, ISO 27001, DORA).
Qualifications
* CFC in IT (informaticien), Brevet fédéral, Bachelor in IT or equivalent technical training.
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an IT support / service desk role, ideally in a financial services or brokerage environment.
* Solid working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune), Active Directory and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
* Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools and ITIL foundations; ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a plus.
* Exposure to financial market tools (Bloomberg, LSEG/Refinitiv, IPC turrets) is a strong asset.
* Customer-oriented mindset with clear, concise communication and the ability to interact professionally with brokers and senior stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, autonomy, and the ability to prioritise across multiple requests.
* Discretion and reliability when handling sensitive information.
* Availability to perform scheduled maintenance during evenings (from 6:00 PM) and weekends, and willingness to travel occasionally to our other offices.
* Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); German or a Scandinavian language is an asset.
* Swiss citizenship or valid Swiss work permit (mandatory — no relocation or permit sponsorship offered).
* Currently residing in the Lausanne area (Pully on‑site presence required).
Working conditions
This is a fully on-site position based in our Pully office. No remote work or home‑office arrangement is offered for this role; daily physical presence is required to support our users and infrastructure.
