Key Responsibilities
* Operate all equipment.
* Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
* Prepare product.
* Receive and process telephone orders.
* Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
* Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
* Communicate with customers and co‑workers verbally and in writing to process orders over phone and in person.
* Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
* Make correct monetary change.
* Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements.
* Ensure accurate calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) quickly.
Requirements
* Must be 16 years of age or older.
* Strong communication skills in written, verbal and telephone.
* Proficiency in doing calculations accurately and quickly.

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements
Exposure to:
* Varying and sometimes adverse weather when outside.
* Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
* Fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust.
* Cramped quarters like walk‑in cooler.
* Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing:
* Excellent hearing for telephone, near and mid‑range vision.
* Depth perception, ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
Physical:
* Standing, walking, occasional sitting for paperwork.
* Lifting: up to 50 lbs, pulling and pushing furniture or trays up to 24–30 in requiring ~7.5 lb force.
* Carrying: large cans up to 3 lbs, sauce 30 lbs, trays of dough 12 lb each.
* Climbing stairs/ladders occasionally.
* Stooping/bending & squatting tasks at assembly and front counter.
* Reaching up to 72 in or downwards to perform various tasks.
* Hand tasks involve continuous use, hand‑eye coordination, frequent forceful pinching in pie box assembly.
