PpMercury is an equal opportunities employer. /p h3Scope Of The Role /h3 pMercury is currently recruiting for a Senior Electrical or Mechanical Engineer - Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) Manager with Building Services Engineering experience to work on a Data Centre project. Mercury is responsible for integration within the overall building mechanical package. /p h3Responsibilities Of The Role /h3 ul liTechnical review of the client’s procured equipment through detailed submittal review and integration within the overall building design. /li liGeneration of RFIs to seek clarification on design intent following review of OFCI released information. /li liLiaise with the on‑site construction team for technical information, deliveries and attendances. /li liAttend factory witness testing when required. /li liAttend and chair weekly client OFCI meetings. /li liManagement of OFCI delivery process including scheduling within overall programme and tracking and recording delays as required. /li liManagement of OFCI installation with the construction team ensuring installation is in compliance with local regulations and vendor standard details. /li liManagement of OFCI engineer’s attendance on site. /li /ul h3Qualifications And Key Criteria /h3 ul li5+ years’ experience working with a recognised mechanical/electrical contractor in process mechanical and pipework. /li liExcellent organisational and project planning skills. /li liAbility to work as part of a team. /li liExcellent negotiation, problem solving and decision‑making skills. /li liProficient in use of Navisworks and related database systems. /li liFamiliar with Project/Primavera planning software and CAD/BIM process. /li liAbility to manage workload and prioritise. /li liExcellent communication skills. /li liAbility to work on own initiative. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pMercury is an equal opportunities employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
