Building Maintenance Collaborator
Your responsibilities:
* Maintain and clean the interiors of the buildings
* Maintain and clean the exteriors (car park, green areas, trolley park)
* Carry out various technical and manual tasks (repairs, painting, electricity, etc.)
* Ensure good general condition of offices/common areas and report any defects
* Manage the storeroom equipment used by employees and work clothes
* Be attentive, correct or report any problem likely to cause discomfort to customers
* Manage waste sorting according to legal requirements
Your profile:
* You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the building sector or an equivalent recognised qualification
* You are comfortable with manual/technical work and have experience in cleaning large areas
* Conscientious and physically fit, you are comfortable working at heights
* You are flexible and available
* You communicate easily with others and master French
