What you’ll be responsible for
1. Task quality & backlog management
Ensure tasks are properly described before entering a sprint
Rewrite and finalize tasks after grooming sessions
Validate:
requirements
acceptance criteria
analytics / events / feature flags
Maintain a clean and structured Jira environment
2. Bug management
Handle incoming bug flow
Independently prioritize most bugs
Create clear, structured bug tickets
Track fixes and ensure proper re-testing
3. Release planning
Build and maintain release plans
Analyze task statuses, blockers, and dependencies
Sync with product managers on priorities and timelines
Ensure releases are structured, predictable, and delivered
4. Delivery control
Identify and resolve blockers:
stuck in review
missing information
Proactively follow up with engineers, QA, and stakeholders
Ensure work progresses according to priorities
5. Process ownership
Run or support team rituals (daily, planning, etc.)
Prepare sprints in advance to reduce planning overhead
Identify process gaps and fix them
Bring structure and consistency to how the team works
6. Documentation & knowledge management
Turn messy discussions into clear, usable documentation
Ensure tasks are documented well enough to be reusable knowledge
Help build a single source of truth (instead of “knowledge in people’s heads”)
7. Operational support
Support product initiatives with hands‑on execution:
configurations
content setup
data uploads
feature setup
Take over routine operational tasks when needed
What we’re looking for
Experience as a Project / Delivery Manager in tech/product teams
Strong system thinking — ability to build and improve processes
High attention to detail
Proactive mindset (you don’t wait — you act)
Experience building or transforming delivery processes
