We collaborate across cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop product initiatives, and run data-driven experiments to improve key metrics.
Responsibilities
* Be responsible for implementation and partner engagement of Studio Messaging by developing and implementing innovative approaches to optimize user experience and engagement through messaging.
* Work with the Studio life-cycle team and partner with Product Managers, UX, Data Science, Engineering, and various partners across YouTube\'s verticals and geographies.
* Lead with customer empathy, and rely on data and user research to make informed decisions with product instincts.
Minimum qualifications
* Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
* 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
* Platform Product Management experience in areas such as commerce, infrastructure, design systems.
Preferred qualifications
* Knowledge of platform or B2B product management.
* Ability to collaborate with engineers in developing the technical architecture of the products you have built.
* Ability to craft a coherent product goal, multi-quarter strategy and roadmap.
