Responsibilities
* Organize the kitchen station and work independently (in the production kitchen and occasionally on the ships)
* Ensure a smooth daily routine
* Act as the contact person for kitchen and office staff
* Prepare the orders for the following day
* Ensure the consistent implementation of the safety and hygiene concept (HACCP)
Qualifications
* Completed training as a cook (EFZ)
* Several years of professional experience in a production kitchen, ideally with leadership experience
* Fluent in German
* Team player enjoyment
