The Group Finance & Compliance Solutions IT Manager will lead the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of the company’s Finance and Compliance solutions at group level. This role involves selecting, designing, and operating systems that enhance financial operations, strengthen compliance, and support the organisation’s strategic and regulatory needs. The manager will work closely with the Group Core Solutions Director and the Group Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to ensure alignment with both global financial requirements and the company’s wider digital strategy.
Main Responsibilities
* Solution Implementation: Selects, plans, and deploys group wide Finance & Compliance solutions aligned with operational needs.
* Requirements Translation: Analyses functional and technical requirements and converts them into clear system specifications.
* User Support: Provides consistent functional support to users, ensuring stability and reliability of Finance & Compliance tools.
* User Enablement: Delivers one‑on‑one or group training to onboard, guide, and upskill users.
* Lifecycle Management: Oversees solutions updates, enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
* Vendor Coordination: Manages relationships with vendors and third‑party partners involved in related technology initiatives.
* Operational Governance: Serves as the central contact for solution‑related inquiries, issues, and service requests.
* Digital Empowerment: Contributes expertise to Finance & Compliance digital transformation initiatives at group and local levels.
Your Profile
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or an equivalent field.
* Minimum 8–10 years of experience supporting Finance, Accounting, or Compliance technology domains.
* Proven project management experience within the ICT sector, ideally in finance‑focused environments.
* Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.
* Strong organisational delivery and business acumen, translating Finance & Compliance needs into reliable, value‑driven solutions.
* Trusted, calm communicator who builds strong stakeholder relationships and provides user‑focused support in demanding situations.
* Proactive and autonomous, driving continuous improvement while developing own expertise and user capability.
Specific Technical Skills
* Strong knowledge of SAP solutions or similar ERP/accounting platforms.
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve a broad range of technical and functional issues.
* Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and system contracts.
Additional information
* Occasional travel may be required.
