Master Production Planner
Location: Schaffhausen, Switzerland
Duration: 12‑month contract (hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days home office)
Hours: 40
Essential: Fluent in English, German conversational, 3+ years production planning experience, ideally from pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech or food industry, experience with SAP MM or PP modules
Imagine your next project driving the end-to-end product flow for life‑changing medicines at one of Johnson & Johnson’s most strategic manufacturing sites.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be accountable for the local E2E product flow and performance, acting as the primary point of contact for Customer Management and upstream plants.
* Owning product‑specific planning KPIs and MPS generation.
* Optimizing production schedules based on customer demand and available capacity.
* Managing material planning and identifying supply constraints in the 6‑to‑24‑month horizon.
* Leading SRM preparation and reporting to support site management decisions.
* Identifying cost improvement and lean opportunities within the local value stream.
* Ensuring full compliance with GMP, EHS, and SOX requirements.

Qualifications
* A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Advanced degree or APICS certification preferred).
* 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, or Supply Chain, preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry.
* Proficiency in SAP is highly preferable (MM or PP).
* Fluency in both English and German is required.
* Strong interdependent partnering skills and a “change agent” mindset.
