Are you a passionate aerospace engineer eager to be part of a cutting-edge team? The Aerospace Training and Simulation division of TXT e-Swiss, part of TXT Group, is looking for a talented Flight Physics Engineer to join our international team. You will play a key role in pioneering flight simulation technologies for leading players in the avionics industry.
Your Responsibilities
As a Flight Physics Engineer, you will contribute to the development of state-of-the-art 6DoF military flight simulators, with responsibilities including:
Supervision of integrated systems and flight models.
Development, integration, and validation of flight dynamics models.
Monitoring, debugging, and ensuring smooth system operation.
Implementation of system/subsystem requirements based on stakeholder needs, market trends, and product lifecycle strategy.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Master’s degree or PhD in Aerospace Engineering.
Solid knowledge of flight dynamics and simulation.
Experience with Matlab/Simulink.
Basic knowledge of C++.
Proficiency in English (minimum level B2).
Technical Skills
Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of build automation servers (e.g., Jenkins).
Competence with version control systems (e.g., GIT).
Knowledge of German is a plus.
Soft Skills
Willingness to travel internationally for short periods.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong team spirit combined with autonomy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professionalism and flexibility in multicultural environments.
