Your Tasks
1. Manage the full employee lifecycle in Switzerland and coordinate and support the transformation of Graf globally
2. Partner with business leaders to understand and support their strategic goals through HR initiatives.
3. Provide expert guidance on HR policies, practices, and employment law compliance.
4. Lead and support organizational change and development initiatives.
5. Manage complex employee relations issues
6. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions
Your Profile
7. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
8. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HRBP or similar role.
9. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
10. Proven experience in supporting and coaching senior leaders.
11. Used to working in a matrix and being part of a Group HR team
12. Some international experience
13. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
14. Fluent German and English are a must have
