Our client is in technology sector are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team.

Your responsibilities:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts including vendor agreements, supply contracts, and service agreements
* Providing legal counsel to management and key stakeholders on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, business compliance, and regulatory issues
* Advising on corporate transactions such as restructuring, joint ventures, financing, and other commercial matters
* Mitigating risk by identifying potential legal issues and providing timely and accurate legal advice
* Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including corporate, employment, data protection, and competition laws
* Supporting the legal aspects of business strategy and working with cross-functional teams to facilitate business operations
* Managing relationships with external legal advisors when necessary
* Admission to the Swiss bar
* 3-5 years of experience in commercial and corporate law (in-house or law firm experience preferred)
* Fluent in German and English
* Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to advise and influence senior management.
* Experience with corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
* Familiarity with M&A transactions and other corporate transactions is a plus
