Engineering Manager for Front-End Engineering Design (FEED)

Role Overview:
The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the technical execution of complex industrial projects, ensuring high standards in design, safety, and quality. This role involves managing engineering teams, coordinating resources, and overseeing project deliverables from planning through execution.
Key responsibilities include maintaining engineering budgets, reviewing technical outputs, and ensuring compliance with safety and risk protocols. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience in managing large-scale engineering and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead overall engineering design with a focus on quality, operability, reliability, and safety.
* Manage and coordinate a technical engineering team through effective communication.
* Foster a collaborative team environment for engineering responsibilities.
* Create and execute engineering work plans, adapting to changing needs.
* Ensure engineering quality assurance to meet project goals.
* Plan and allocate project resources, monitor progress.
* Produce and maintain detailed engineering plans and critical path analysis.
* Manage the engineering budget to ensure delivery within defined limits.
* Provide input into technical analysis of the project.
Requirements:
* Professional Engineering qualification.
* 15 years experience
* Proficiency in French and English (written and verbal).
* Experience managing large Engineering and Construction projects.
* Mandatory experience in Oil & Gas and renewable energy sectors.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially MS Project.
