Sales&Business Development
Manager
for a company specializing in the design and supply of advanced technological solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise the remote activities of the Sales and Service team, ensuring full operational alignment
* Deliver order intake and margin targets within the assigned business segments
* Assess customer needs and recommend tailored technical solutions across the scientific, medical, industrial, and broadcast markets
* Manage strategic accounts and foster long-term customer partnerships
* Contribute to the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including bid and tender documentation
* Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, and industry exhibitions (approx. one week per month)
* Gather and analyse market insights, including trends, competitor activities, business opportunities, and investment plans
* Support the development of the annual marketing plan and assist in executing promotional initiatives, events, and trade shows
Requirements:
* University degree in Engineering, Physics, Electronics, Business or other technically relevant fields
* Previous experience in the sales of complex technical systems or high-value B2B solutions
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proven ability to prepare proposals, reports and technical presentations
* Fluency in German is a strict requirement
* Availability for regular travel, both domestic and international
