As a Junior FP&A, you will work closely with the CFO and other key stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. You will play an active role in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and reporting across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to build solid financial skills within a high-growth and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the preparation of monthly management reports and financial dashboards
* Assist with budget planning, reforecasting cycles and long-term financial modeling
* Analyze variances vs. budget and forecast and provide actionable insights
* Build and maintain reporting tools and visualizations in Excel and Power BI
* Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, etc.) to collect and consolidate data
* Participate in financial presentations for internal stakeholders and senior leadership
* Assist in building scalable processes to support a growing organization
What we expect of you
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
* 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, audit, financial analysis or controlling (internships included)
* Strong Excel and data analysis skills; proficiency in Power BI is highly valued
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and business curiosity
* Ability to communicate with various contacts (Finance peers, Local managers, etc.)
