We are seeking a client centric professional to join our IT Infrastructure Team. In this role, your main focus is to ensure excellent user service mainly to our top management and VIP users. Your next responsibility will be various client engineering tasks to ensure ensuring productivity and creating satisfaction with the IT environment for all users.
Your responsibilities:
Reports directly to Head of IT Infrastructure
First and second level support (on-site and/or via remote support) based on ITIL Framework
Focus on our top management and VIP users
Installation, maintenance and administration of notebook’s, board/meeting rooms, peripherals and mobile devices
Performing administrative support (e.g. access management)
Various client engineering tasks
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
Escalating problems where necessary to management or third-party suppliers
Creating documentation and keeping them up to date.
Your profile:
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in end user computing
Good command of the German and English languages, reading and writing.
Passion to satisfy great customer support.
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Pro-active user centric mindset
Attention to detail on all elements of your work while having a good eye to spot issues to improve the IT environment.
Flexible workload
Knowledge of asset management, M365, SharePoint, Intune, Azure, Automation, MS Teams, PowerShell.
Knowledge on ITIL framework and ticketing tool like Service Now.
