The working environment of Movado Group, Inc. is entrepreneurial, people-oriented, dynamic, and fast-growing. /ppTo reinforce our Travel Retail team, based in Bienne, we are looking for a: /ppbKey Account Manager, Travel Retail (100%) /b /ppbJOB PURPOSE /b /ppAs Key Account Manager – Travel Retail, you are responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across a defined portfolio of customers within bairport retail, airlines (inflight), and cruise channels /b. /ppYou own the full commercial relationship with your accounts, from strategy definition to execution, ensuring the achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets. /ppThrough strong commercial leadership, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration, you play a key role in the sustainable development of the Travel Retail business. /ppbKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /b /ppbKey Account Management Sales Strategy /b /plipManage and develop a portfolio of travel retail customers /p /lilipDefine and implement customer-specific commercial strategies aligned with regional and brand objectives /p /lilipSet and deliver sales targets by customer, brand, and product category /p /lilipNegotiate commercial agreements, assortments, and promotional plans /p /lilipAct as the main commercial point of contact for assigned accounts /p /lipbBusiness Development /b /plipDrive sustainable business growth through distribution expansion and productivity improvement /p /lilipIdentify and onboard new customers within the travel retail channel /p /lilipMonitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities /p /lipbRelationship Management /b /plipBuild and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders /p /lilipConduct regular client and market visits to ensure strong market presence /p /lilipEnsure a deep understanding of customer needs and retail environments /p /lilipMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality /p /lipbPerformance Monitoring Reporting /b /plipMonitor sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, and key performance indicators /p /lilipAnalyze performance trends and implement corrective actions when needed /p /lilipProvide accurate sales forecasts to support supply and production planning /p /lilipDeliver regular sales reports, performance analysis, and market insights internally /p /lipbMarketing Retail Execution /b /plipCollaborate with Marketing teams to define and implement customer-specific activation plans /p /lilipEnsure optimal return on marketing investments /p /lilipOversee product launches and monitor their performance /p /lipbProduct Brand Management /b /plipManage a portfolio including fashion watches, jewellery, and Swiss watch brands /p /lilipDeliver product presentations and lead seasonal launches (twice per year) /p /lilipMonitor new product performance and recommend optimization actions /p /lilipConduct training sessions for retail staff (products, brands, selling techniques) /p /lilipAct as a brand ambassador, ensuring strong brand visibility and engagement /p /lipbCross-functional Collaboration /b /plipWork closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand teams /p /lilipEnsure alignment between commercial strategy and operational execution /p /lilipCoordinate internally to ensure product availability and smooth execution /p /lipbSKILLS EXPERIENCE /b /ppbEducation Experience /b /plipBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field /p /lilipMinimum 6 years of experience in sales or key account management /p /lilipStrong experience in watches, jewellery, luxury, or related industries /p /lilipProven track record of achieving sales targets and managing retail customers /p /lilipExperience in travel retail or international retail is a strong advantage /p /lipbSkills Competencies /b /plipProficient in bMS Office /b (Excel, PowerPoint) /p /lilipKnowledge of SAP is a plus /p /lilipFluent in bEnglish /b (mandatory) /p /lilipFrench is a strong plus;
