Tasks & Responsibilities
* Act as a strategic partner within the Global Access & Policy organization and Life Cycle Management Teams.
* Define, lead, and manage multiple strategic access projects throughout the product life cycle.
* Collaborate closely with global, regional, and local teams to promote an "Access by Design" mindset and develop integrated access strategies.
* Co-create evidence, pricing, and policy strategies for high medical value solutions.
* Support affiliates and regions in implementing global access strategies and measure success through patient access, reimbursement rates, and health policy outcomes.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Economics, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field (MBA or higher degree preferred).
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Access within the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
* Experience at both global and affiliate levels and in cross-functional roles.
* Strategic thinker with strong self-management and motivation.
* Fluency in English.
