Key responsibilities include:
* Advising regional leadership on organizational development and workforce planning
* Translating global HR strategies into locally relevant initiatives
* Managing HR operations including payroll, data, reporting, and compliance
* Supporting managers with leadership development and succession planning
* Driving regional talent development and career growth
* Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies
* Representing HR in audits and internal communications
* Leading regional projects in Diversity & Inclusion, Engagement, Efficiency, and Wellbeing
* Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent professional certification
* At least 5 years as a HR Business Partner, ideally in a multi-country or regional role
* Solid understanding of Swiss employment law
* Strong grasp of HR compliance, systems, and operational processes
* Professional fluency in German and English
* Experience with HR platforms such as Workday and/or SAP
* Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
