By coordinating with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, you will contribute to timely deliveries, accurate order management, and efficient supply chain operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your expertise in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management. /p h3Key Tasks /h3 ul liManage the flow of goods from suppliers to internal stakeholders. /li liEnsure timely delivery of materials in the correct quantities and quality. /li liPrevent shortages or overstock situations. /li liResolve delivery issues that arise during execution. /li liExecute operational procurement. /li liManage supplier communication. /li liCreate, track, and follow up on purchase orders. /li liSupport supplier on-boarding and maintain supplier master data. /li liIdentify and elevate supply risks. /li /ul h3Other Tasks /h3 ul liSupport logistics and shipment coordination. /li liSupport shipping and customs documentation where required. /li liTrack shipments and ensure transparency of delivery status. /li liCoordinate with logistics partners and carriers. /li /ul h3Competencies Duties /h3 ul liWorking independently and responsibly. Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems. /li libSkills: /b Basic understanding of logistics processes, transportation, and material flows.
